Hypnosis is the safest, quickest, and most effective way of accessing the subconscious mind to create positive, lasting change.

Hypnosis is something your body and your mind are already used to. You see, throughout the day, your brain waves naturally go through different states – you might feel super sharp and alert at times (beta waves), whilst other times you’re drifting, daydreaming, set on auto-pilot doing whatever you may be doing then (alpha and theta waves).

BEING IN HYPNOSIS feels very similar to being in A relaxed state of daydreaming. The background noises fade out and everything else happening around you is suddenly unimportant.

How many times were you in the middle of a conversation and switched off because you remembered something else, while the other person was still talking to you? Or all the times you’ve made it home without remembering how you even got there? This was your subconscious mind taking over, doing something it knows to do well and allowing your conscious mind to be focusing on other things.


Hypnosis can feel exactly like this.

 

In a Hypnotherapy session:

• You’ll be sat in a very pleasant, deep state of relaxation. You’ll be aware at all times of what’s taking place and what’s being said, and at no point will you be unconscious (otherwise you’d be just asleep). You will remember everything that happened during the session.

• As a Hypnotherapist, I’m there to facilitate and guide you through your journey of positive change. And no hypnotherapist can make you do things that go against your will and moral values. You are always in control.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis as a tool to help quieten your conscious mind and create direct access to your subconscious, which holds 90% of your mind power and is where all the habits (good and bad) and beliefs live.

And when we’re in a state of wonderful, deep relaxation, our subconscious mind is more likely to take in new suggestions. This means we can reprogram our minds for positive, lasting change.

This change can happen at a
pace that feels just right for you, for some people that means just a couple of sessions and for others it will mean 6 or 7. But overall, you won’t need months and months’ worth of sessions to overcome an issue.

Through hypnotherapy we can work on almost any goal – from losing weight, to quit smoking, overcoming a phobia, improving self-confidence, or even helping you with anxiety and PTSD (to just name a few).

All you have to do is sit down, close your eyes and allow yourself to relax.

And allowing yourself to relax is the most important part of the process because all hypnosis is self-hypnosis, no one can make you go into hypnosis unless you’re willing to do so. You own the change you’re wanting to create.
