You might think healing and inner work require a great deal of effort and commitment.
Commitment? Yes. Effort? Not so much.
I struggled my entire life to “fix myself” thinking I was unworthy and unlucky – as if the outcome of my destiny was dictated by a force greater than myself and separate from my own. My search for healing led me on a deeper journey which taught me to surrender and understand that the key to a truly fulfilling life is to uncover self-acceptance and embody radical self-love.
Amidst all the emotional turbulence that was my childhood, I ended up completely losing my sense of self.
At a superficial level, I knew what I liked and didn’t like. But the truth was, at a deeper level, I was completely detached from my emotions. This hindered my relationships with friends… loved ones… and it threw me off into one big spiral of self-doubt. It took me over a decade of pushing against the tide until I figured it out.
At a time in my life when I felt completely stuck and lost, I discovered Hypnotherapy. And just like that, there was light!
For the first time, I experienced the quickest results and, for the first time in a long time, I felt motivated again. I had ignited a fire in my belly and I felt a deep sense of purpose.
Prior to embracing Hypnotherapy wholeheartedly, I worked as a Creative in Advertising for over 12 years, helping brands get visible and tell their stories.
I’m a problem-solver by nature and one of my biggest strengths is to think outside the box and uncover the potential that lies within. This is a mindset I still embody today, where I work with clients in clever and creative ways, tailored to their individual goals and needs.
For over a decade I helped brands connect to people, but I found a bigger purpose in helping people connect with themselves.
