Hypnotherapy 1:1

It all begins in the mind. Our beliefs, our behaviours and our ability to change and evolve, which ultimately shape our reality and how we experience life.

Hypnotherapy is one of the easiest and fastest ways to create inner change that results in powerful transformation of our outer world.

These 60 min sessions take place online via zoom.

There’s no one-size fits all, so every session is completely tailored to you and your needs.

Depending on the issue you’re working on, you might benefit from more than 1 session – however, Hypnotherapy is a solution-focused therapy, which means each session is approached with the potential to be your last. These sessions are booked individually, as and when you need them.

FAQs

  • Most clients start seeing results after the first session. On average, 2 to 3 sessions will provide the most impact, resulting in powerful, lasting change – however, some issues might require a few additional sessions.

Hypnotherapy is a solution-focused therapy which means each session is approached with the potential to be your last.

  • Ideally, you want to focus on only 1 goal per session – we can discuss all the things you’re looking to address in the first session and establish a plan to address your multiple concerns in a way that’s most suitable and beneficial to you.

  • Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention, which means you will have experienced it, naturally, several times throughout your life. It is similar to a state of daydreaming and is often characterised as the state you’re in when you’re just about falling asleep or just waking up.

The only reason why you wouldn’t go into hypnosis would be if you’re holding resistance – if you don’t want to be hypnotised, you won’t be.

  • No. Hypnotherapy, when practised by well-trained professionals is perfectly safe. It is a natural state your body and mind are already used to, and one where you’re always in full control of what’s happening. That means you won’t get stuck in hypnosis and you won’t black out. The only “side effects” you can expect to experience are feelings of relaxation and well-being.
